About Dictation.Cloud

Dragon Copilot partners you can trust.

Our certified partners have your back. We have theirs.

Explore Microsoft Dragon Copilot with confidence. This website connects healthcare practices with eDist-certified reseller partners for licensing, installation, clinician training, and ongoing support.

Owned by eDist, the company behind the Dictation.Cloud subscription platform, this is an education and referral resource built to support our partners’ customer relationships—not replace them.

Already work with a Dragon reseller, or did a partner send you here? Tell us who they are so we can coordinate the appropriate next step with them.

There is no charge for a partner introduction. Software subscriptions and professional services are quoted separately.

Ownership and operating history

An established company behind your connection.

eDist is a North American value-added distributor of Dragon solutions. In business since 1973 and under current ownership since 1987, eDist is privately held, with more than 20 years of audited financial statements.

In 2016, with the introduction of Dragon Medical One, eDist became the first company outside Nuance to bring Dragon Medical to the cloud. Our team has supported Dragon solutions for more than 20 years, through the evolution of medical dictation, Dragon Medical One, DAX Copilot, and now Dragon Copilot.

eDist also owns Dictation.Cloud, the platform as a service that supports subscription order processing, billing, subscription management, and applicable tax administration for participating reseller relationships. This website is the Dragon Copilot education and referral resource on that domain.

Certification

Our partners earn their certification.

The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partners in our certified network complete eDist’s Dragon Copilot training and certification program. We create and maintain the curriculum, require successful completion of a product-specific examination, and provide ongoing education as the solution evolves.

This is eDist’s product-specific certification, complementing each partner’s Microsoft CSP authorization. It gives your practice a clear basis for choosing a reseller prepared to discuss the product, plan services, and support adoption.

Partner-led support

Your partner leads. We support them.

Your selected reseller is your lead contact for understanding your requirements, explaining licensing options, and coordinating installation, training, and ongoing support.

Behind that relationship, eDist provides professional-services expertise, continuing partner education, and advanced technical assistance. Where contracted by the reseller, eDist can also deliver services on the partner’s behalf.

The goal is straightforward: help your partner deliver a well-supported experience for your practice, with additional expertise available when needed.

Extra support when an issue needs escalation.

Start with your reseller for assistance. When a concern remains unresolved or needs deeper technical expertise, you or your reseller can ask eDist to help coordinate an escalation.

Our Tier 2 and Tier 3 specialists provide advanced product and technical assistance. We review the concern, work with your partner, and use our best efforts to help identify practical next steps.

Training, support coverage, and any additional services are governed by the applicable agreements.

Education and practical value

A more informed decision. A better-supported start.

Whether you are a sole practitioner, a practice or clinic with hundreds of users, or an enterprise healthcare system, this resource helps you prepare for a useful conversation with a qualified partner.

Moving from Dragon Medical One, exploring your next step from DAX Copilot, or comparing documentation options? Learn what to consider, explore available webinars, and discuss your workflow with a certified reseller.

The aim is to help your practice evaluate opportunities to reduce documentation time, build clinician confidence, and improve adoption—not promise the same financial result for every organization.
